2009 is Year of “The Blue Dress”

In Philadelphia, The Blue Dress (BlueDressMovie.com) released a movie trailer and auditioned for the role of Monica, signing last week the stunning Ashley-Rebekah Faulkner. The Blue Dress also signed the famous Paula Jones (who stars in the movie), and has offered Hillary Clinton $500,000 to play herself.
Jones and “Monica” have agreed to assist with casting at the Ritz-Carlton at Pentagon City Mall near Washington, D.C., where the FBI interrogated the real Monica in 1998. Available parts include: Bill Clinton, Al Gore, Marcia Lewis, Ken Starr, the chief of staff, and Secret Service agents. Although Vovak has met George Stephanopoulos and James Carville, he isn’t expecting them to audition. “I’m not expecting Lucianne Goldberg, Evelyn Lieberman, or Betty Currie either,” says Vovak. Other parts will be cast online.
“We’re planning the biggest Hollywood movie event of the new year,” says Dave Clark, producer and casting director. “The new ‘Bill Clinton’ will put his hand on the blue dress and accept the position. Comedy is conflict. Since we had Monicas who flew in from San Francisco to audition, we expect the same buzz for casting Bill. Even Darrell Hammond of Saturday Night Live is reading a script.”
Scott duPont will play the part of Michael Isikoff, the Newsweek reporter whose story was scooped by Matt Drudge through the new invention of Al Gore’s Internet. Socks, Buddy, and Drudge’s cat have parts that climax at the end of the movie, to be released in Fall 2009.
“Obama’s inauguration will be the greatest event in the history of the world, but Americans still crave the Clintons,” says Vovak, of Bethesda, Maryland. “Our investors are going to laugh all the way to the bank!”
Ironically, Vovak was interviewed by Illinois Republicans to face Barack Obama in the 2004 U.S. Senate contest, but Dave Syverson rallied to appoint Alan Keyes. Vovak added, “Nothing is more funny than politics.”
